Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be in charge of our operations team’s performance as well as the vendors throughout the whole operations cycle, including logistics, warehousing, fraud prevention, inventory control, order fulfillment, etc.
• Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with vendors to monitor shipment schedules and make sure orders are delivered on time.
• Overseeing the flow of operations
• Identify new sales opportunities to further the company’s sales business
• To establish and grow strong relationships with vendors
• Evaluation and vendor selection for existing and new markets
• Resolving problems and improving operational effectiveness
• Resolve customer issues

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field
• Minimum Diploma or its equivalent in a relevant course of studies
• Fast Learner and good problem solving skills
• Decisive and must be able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Able to effectively communicate with clients and team members on both technical and non-technical matters.

• Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment
