Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule work sequences for mobility operations.
• Liaise with clients, main / sub-contractors, and driver-partners plus coordinate site project briefing and arrangement.
• Inspect all related works and ensure quality of works carried out are in accordance to company’s policy and service level agreements.
• Report to Job Sites, work closely with on-site internal and third-party teams (if any) to coordinate and manage projects.
• Monitor each project status and report back to Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Prior experience in operations management such as mobility sectors, will be advantage.
• Take ownership of on-site operations
• Good interpersonal and networking skill
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to multitask.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in extended hours or weekend as required.
• Able to think fast on their feet and troubleshoot

Working Hours:

• Night – 1030pm – 7am
