We are looking for a meticulous, passionate and self-driven leader to help guide our teams deliver outstanding work. Being in a boutique creative agency, you will have to wear different hats managing our clientele.

You need to have experience scoping and managing a wide range of projects including brand strategy, brand guidelines, PR, concept development and production for marketing campaigns.

Duties:

• Communicate clearly to both internal & client teams and solve problems.
• Develop creative briefs with a clear campaign strategy and execution plan
• Accurately estimating and managing project timelines, budgets, staffing, and external partners
• Help manage leads and quotes systems
• Provide direct administrative support to the creative director, including scheduling and agenda management, documentation and minutes, and managing communications.
• Manage artiste inquiries

Qualifications:

• Strong Experience with Overseeing Social Media Campaigns
• Diploma/ Degree in Business or relevant courses
• Minimum 1 Year Experience in the Media Industry
• Digital marketing experience including content strategy, and social media
• EXCELLENT organizational skills – able to manage and track multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets)
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to get things done at a high-quality level
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to and manage stressful situations
• A desire to learn and grow
• Excellent time management skills
• Funny or at least trying to be
• Graphic design skill is a plus. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
• Be independent
• Experience with PR is a plus
