You will be responsible for creating new assets for the team to post, shooting your own photography/videography to post, creating motion graphics or short videos (from new/existing assets), creating infographics and concepting new ways to connect with our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, propose and implement marketing campaigns across online, offline and marketplace platforms.
• Conceptualize, design and provide copywriting for marketing collaterals
• Maintain the group’s owned media including website, social media and marketplace platforms
• Monitor and respond to customers’ enquiries/feedback/review on email and social media platforms
• Provide marketing support for onsite and offsite events and/or perform any adhoc related duties as required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in related field
• Understanding in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada and Shopee
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for details
• Proven ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
• Basic knowledge in photography and Adobe Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Must provide Design portfolio
• Self-starter with ability to work independently, as well as in teams
