Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
- Generate and process invoices, payments, credit/debit notes etc.
- Ensure all AP/AR/GL are recorded properly.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Able to handle partial/full sets of accounts.
- Perform data entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare and be responsible for GST Filing.
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
- Update annual and medical leave records, and ensure leave accuracy and proper documentation.
- Any other ad hoc job duties as assigned.
