We are looking for a senior motion graphic artist to join our team… a seasoned professional with 6-8 years of experience in the industry who is confident and capable of managing and leading a team of junior motion graphic artists and animators. Our ideal candidate is not only passionate about the craft of motion graphics and animation but possesses a proven track record in delivering award-winning work and creative output.

If you enjoy finding innovative ways to crack a creative brief, possess knowledge of various mediums and know what works best to communicate your creative ideas, we want to meet you.

Core Responsibilities

• Producing motion graphics and 3D animation content with a high level of attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines: working on multiple projects concurrently, balancing time constraints whilst maintaining quality;
• Creation, illustration, assembling, editing, encoding, export and optimisation of motion graphics and 2D animation videos and graphical sequences;
• Proposing character and animation treatments through style boards and/or mood boards;
• Understanding scripts and storyboards to produce work of a suitable style;
• Consulting with the director, producer and/or client throughout the post-production process to deliver optimum output;
• Experimenting and proposing various treatment and animation techniques; suggesting or selecting music and sound design;
• Work closely with a director, producer and video editor team to ensure production is seamless from start to end; meet stated production goals and client objective(s) on indicated timeline.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Ensure proper data and asset management and organisation;
• Strong communication skills to communicate with the team and clients, where applicable, regarding the production and delivery of content;
• Maintain production and administrative records;
• Make recommendations for software purchases and professional development activities.

Hybrid work model

Two days work-from-home per week + Blue-Sky-Friday 9-3pm work hour
