Responsibilities
- Management of grants and claims
- Attendance and leave administration
- Manage and review if employees are eligible for relevant courses
- Tracking of staff incentive pay-outs
- Management of trainees and internship programmes
- Provide support for trainees and interns’ queries/ grievances
- Connect with lecturers from schools for tracking reports
- Liaise with vendors for new employees’ name cards (Digital/ Physical)
- Ensure regular updating of the staff directory & KET information
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least “O” Level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a HR Generalist/ an Administrative role
- Proactive, independent, able to work cohesively as a team
- Able to multi-task well
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
