Client Service Manager, Singapore

Timeframe: 6 months Maternity Cover contract (start date w/c May 2023)

Blis is looking for an experienced client service professional to join our commercial team. The most important aspect of this role is to work closely with the sales team and our clients to deliver the best in market account management, service, and delivery. If you are a highly organised, detail oriented go getter, who loves working with clients and supporting a team to succeed, then this could be the role for you!

Key responsibilities

  • Day-to-day client relationship management, account management and exemplary service to our clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key agency and client stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery, timely responses to client queries and requests
  • Develop solid understanding of the Blis platform to effectively communicate platform targeting capabilities to clients
  • Work closely with the Sales lead to understand client needs and gather all relevant information for campaign preparation and activation including kick-off meetings, calls, follow up actions
  • Work closely with Ad Operations to oversee campaign set up and delivery
  • Manage the creative process when required including understanding client creative requirements, developing briefs for creative team and ensuring creative is ready on time
  • Ensure timely reporting and client communication and serve as the main point of contact throughout the campaign process for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform in-depth analysis on campaign performance and trends. Use problem solving and analytical skills to determine the most effective means of increasing ROI for the business and advertiser
  • Support the sales team with the prospecting and pitch process as needed
  • Have a strong commercial acumen, with a focus on maintaining & growing revenue alongside the Sales lead
  • Build out client case studies with the insights team & showcase best practices from global campaigns internally to the team and to clients
  • Provide support to the ANZ Leadership team with administrative tasks as required
  • Effective use & management of internal processes & systems such as Zoho, JIRA, Business forecasting

Skills and requirements

  • 2+ years media industry experience, with digital, programmatic and/or mobile experience (agency experience a plus)
  • Passion for media and enjoys working in a team environment
  • Exposure to ad trafficking, tracking and ad server technologies such as Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisational & time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, troubleshooting, analytical, & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid excel & MS Office skills
  • Commercial acumen & resilience
