The First Refresh is a beauty technology SAAS start-up based in Singapore, that brings quality beauty services to the comfort of home.

The First Refresh’s mission is to bring confidence and connection to each member of our community. We achieve this by leveraging technology and actively listening to the needs of our clients and beauty consultants. Our goal is to create meaningful, personal connections through personalised beauty services.

We experienced high growth in 2022 through data-backed strategies and decision making, with our growth trajectory expected to continue through 2023 and 2024.

A position with The First Refresh will give you explore the backend of a fast-growing startup. It will allow you to experience first-hand the workings of a technology-forward beauty services company, and insight into the growth of the beauty scene in Singapore.

During your time with us, you will be exposed to:

• Inventory management, planning and forecasting
• Data analytics behind our inventory
• Warehousing operations
• Operational systems and structures

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

• Ability to adapt and grow in a changing environment
• Takes initiative and is team-oriented
• Independent worker

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
• Working Location: WFH/Hybrid (2 Days in the office, 3 days from home)
• Commitment Period: Minimum 3 months
• Internship Pay + CPF: from S$700
