Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Crew member to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong set of culinary skills. As a Kitchen Crew member, you will be responsible for various tasks related to food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
• Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
• Demonstrate excellent knife skills for food preparation
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Have a good understanding of menu items and be able to make recommendations
• Present food in an appealing and appetizing manner
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely food preparation and service

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a kitchen environment
• Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
• Strong knife skills for cutting and preparing ingredients
• Ability to manage inventory and supplies effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with menu items and ingredients
• Attention to detail in food presentation
• Good time management and organizational skills

Minimum Qualification:

• No formal education required

Salary Range:

• SGD 2500 to SGD 2700 per month
