Key responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation and customer service
- To ensure the company’s SOP is adhered
- Cashiering
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant operation
- Take charge of Quality, Service, Hygiene and Cleanliness within the restaurant operations (Supervisor/Ass. Manager)
- Provide training to junior staff (Supervisor/Ass. Manager)
- Work closely with Managers to manage profitability and achieve the sales target. (Supervisor/Ass. Manager)
- Microsoft Office (Supervisor/Ass. Manager)
- Any other tasks as required by management
