Key responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation and customer service
• To ensure the company’s SOP is adhered
• Cashiering
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant operation
• Take charge of Quality, Service, Hygiene and Cleanliness within the restaurant operations (Supervisor/Ass. Manager)
• Provide training to junior staff (Supervisor/Ass. Manager)
• Work closely with Managers to manage profitability and achieve the sales target. (Supervisor/Ass. Manager)
• Microsoft Office (Supervisor/Ass. Manager)
• Any other tasks as required by management
