Job Description 

• This is a full-time role for a Junior Producer/Producer at The Story Behind. The Junior Producer/Producer will be responsible for assisting with daily production tasks, including coordinating schedules, managing budgets, handling logistics and providing support to the creative, production & post-production team.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in the development and production of corporate videos, event videos, social media contents (i.e skits) and variety programs (i.e game show) from concept to completion.
• Coordinate and manage schedules, resources, and logistics for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with directors, clients, crew, and post-production teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct research, scout locations, and assist with casting and talent management.
• Handle administrative tasks related to production, including paperwork, permits, and clearances.
• Ensure that all productions adhere to safety standards and legal requirements.

Requirements 

• Proven experience in film or video production, with a strong understanding of the production process.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for video production.
