Job Description & Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our Supply Chain Team. It will be a 5.5-day work week with an alternate Saturday off.

• To generate invoices using SAP Business Solutions.
• To handle customer queries and order processing
• To communicate with customers & our in-house sales team on their orders & enquiries.
• To handle key customer accounts and manage their orders & payments.
• To liaise with warehouse on deliveries to customers.
• To prepare quotations to customers.
• To perform admin duties such as scanning/filing of invoices to company’s database.

Qualification

• Education Minimum GCE O Levels.
• Prior SAP experience will be an advantage.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills. Fluency in Tamil/Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
