Supply Chain Executive (DASHMESH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.) – Loyang
Location: Loyang – East Region
Job Description & Requirements:
We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our Supply Chain Team. It will be a 5.5-day work week with an alternate Saturday off.
- To generate invoices using SAP Business Solutions.
- To handle customer queries and order processing
- To communicate with customers & our in-house sales team on their orders & enquiries.
- To handle key customer accounts and manage their orders & payments.
- To liaise with warehouse on deliveries to customers.
- To prepare quotations to customers.
- To perform admin duties such as scanning/filing of invoices to company’s database.
Qualification
- Education Minimum GCE O Levels.
- Prior SAP experience will be an advantage.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills. Fluency in Tamil/Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
