Are you passionate about managing customer service operations and ensuring seamless communication between brands and their customers on social media? Join us as an Account Executive in our Business Operations Team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and ultimately brand success.

Full-Time, Remote (In-office collaboration 2-3 times a month)

Your Role:

As an Account Executive, you’ll work closely and support your team manager to oversee and enhance business operations for prominent brands. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Management: You will work with a team of social media community managers who will handle daily responses to queries that our clients receive on their social pages. Your primary task would be to plan and manage an effective roster for the team to ensure smooth daily customer service operations.
  • Community Management: To ensure that your community managers can do their jobs well, you will need to be inducted to, and go through constant refreshers on how community management is done for our clients’ social pages. This would involve on-boarding training, refresher briefings, as well as the occasional getting your hands dirty in handling customer queries.
  • Social Media Reporting: Take charge of comprehensive reporting, covering community management insights and social media performance.
  • Social Media Post Scheduling: Liaise with partner agency to ensure timely scheduling and posting of content on our clients’ social media channels.
  • Audience Research and Insight Analysis: You will be exposed and trained in strategic thinking through research and insight analysis to identify business and social media trends for our clients.
