Manages all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to creative conceptualization and design, up to final artwork. The successful candidate interacts with clients and NiCE senior directors on a daily basis and ensure project success. Superior communication skills and standards of excellence are expected at every step. This is a great opportunity to lead and manage the creative work for some of the most renowned consumer brands in the world.

To be considered for this position, previous experience of 3-5 years is expected.

• Commercial and working knowledge of 2D design and branding for global brands
• Mastery of all design fundamentals
• Directly oversee junior creative teams
• Contribute to 2D design and creative workflow
• Generates unexpected creative work that is thoughtful in strategy and execution
• Flexible and able to work on multiple brands simultaneously
• Work against project objectives and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines
• Face-to-face client liaison for global brands at a mid to senior level
• Confident in presentations and fluent in written and spoken
• Understanding of costing, time management, and efficient allocation of resources
