Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Account Servicing: Effective communication and day-to-day consultancy to support clients’ business objectives and targets for the market
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Exhibit financial acumen by managing allocated budgets effectively.
  • PR: Work collaboratively with account lead to devise strategy for media pitching: identify and pitch compelling stories and features. Think strategically, providing valuable input to PR strategies and campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Efficiently manage relationships with agencies, stakeholders and clients for marketing activities, ensuring clear trackable deliverables and performance measurements.
  • Deliverables: Development of key messages and ensure consistency and accuracy of content and marketing collaterals including press release, bios, fact sheet, social media campaign briefs, press kits, website copy, etc.
  • Event Management: On site event management and hosting
  • Media Monitoring & Reports: Conduct regular media monitoring on coverage, track, analyze, and compile post mortem brand reports.
  • Socials: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance PR strategies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in communication or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in PR or communications
  • Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and synergy – able thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to anticipate client requirements and provide strategic support and advice accordingly
  • A self motivated fast learner that demonstrates maturity, resourcefulness, determination, and the ability to think strategically under pressure.
  • Adept at thriving within tight deadlines and high-pressure environments
  • Efficiently manage relationships with agencies, and clients for marketing activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Exhibit financial acumen by managing allocated budgets with clear trackable deliverables and performance measurements
  • Showcase exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying impactful messages
  • Excellent organisational skills
