Job Description:

• Manage and execute operational tasks related to IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Perform deployment activities, including software installation, configuration changes, and system updates/patches.
• Ensure the security and stability of IT systems by applying patches, security updates, and conducting vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and maintain optimal system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation strategies.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), network protocols, and server hardware.
• Understanding of security principles and best practices, including patch management and vulnerability assessment.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate tasks and streamline operations.
• Ability to assist with troubleshooting issues and propose resolutions.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders.
