We’re looking for a dynamic, technically-competent individual to join our high-performance sales team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you’ll be driving and handling sales of our range of smart products, including smart switches, lights, locks, and curtains. The sales process includes engaging with clients, connecting with resellers, technical sales, and managing installations.

As part of your training, you’ll be equipped with high-tech knowledge and skills in smart homes, including lighting, door locks, and curtains. We believe in practical experience, which means we also loan (or give, or discount) products to our team members for use in their own homes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and develop new customers and clients through sales, marketing, and technical sales
  • Engage with customers at the showroom, providing product demonstrations to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide a high level of support and maintain good rapport with customers
  • Connect with industry veterans in various industries to engage them as partners and resellers
  • Typical sales stuff – quotations, reports, payments, deliveries etc.
  • Coordinate factory fabrication, deliveries, and installations

Requirements

  • We’re looking for an outgoing, driven individual who can communicate effectively with customers, and travel to meet clients to provide and get information.
  • We prefer someone who is adaptable and innovative, as we’re constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency.
  • Interest in, and a desire to learn about technology would be good to get you on track.
  • Minimum NITEC qualifications.
  • Sales experience a bonus, but not required.
  • Familiarity, experience, or technical competency with smart home systems a huge bonus
  • Able to work on weekends.
