Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative mid-level Designer to join our Popper team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics and visual materials across varied projects. At POPPER, we fuse the digital and physical realms, seamlessly integrating online-to-offline (O2O) marketing strategies to create impactful experiences. The Graphic Designer will need to be able to understand briefs well, execute captivating ideas and visually enticing visuals for brand campaigns and events.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop visual concepts, graphics, and multimedia content for various projects, including but not limited to packaging, brochures, social media posts, logos, banners, marketing materials or video content.

• Able to digest and understand briefs well and execute accordingly.

• Able to understand experience design from consumer to brand and execute visual strategies across various projects.

• Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.

• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design quality and attention to detail.

• Stay up to date of design trends, techniques and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on project deadlines and requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in design agency or related creative field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Able to work independently and as a team.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with working with 3D software (Blender, 3DSMax) or Video software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) to communicate with our 3D team and video specialists.

• Illustration skills.

• UI/UX or Website related Knowledge.
