Job Description

• Be involved on shoots to craft visually aesthetic footage with camera work and/or shaping lights
• Will be required to rotate roles (key and assist roles) on production set (camera dept, lighting dept and sound recording)
• Required to film for variety shows and event highlights
• To operate as a solo crew for small scale social media and event shoots
• Upkeep/clean/maintain and be responsible for company’s in-house and rented filming and lighting equipment
• Work with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots
• Be a team player when working with either in-house or freelance crew
• Continuously conduct research on trending visual techniques and filming ideas
• Keep up with the latest trends on social media platforms & assist in the conceptualisation of video content

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Video Production/Mass Communications, Multimedia or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in the video production or media industry
• Experienced in filming, lighting and audio set-up
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator
• Willingness to learn Adobe After Effects and Davinci Resolve is a bonus
• Creative and quick-thinking, able to solve problems under pressure
• Passionate in storytelling and content creation
• Have an eye for detail and aesthetic sense
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
