Location: Pasir Ris – East Region

Area of responsibilities

• Manage well established local brands (Zappy, HospiCare, Woosh, etc)
• Contribute ideas and assist in the planning of overall marketing plan.
• Execute, coordinate, and track promotional activities, events, campaigns and public relations activities.
• Manage advertisements including but not limited to out of home, social media and broadcast.
• Identify and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders to ensure selected profiles match our brand.
• Manage influencers to ensure they meet the set requirements, expectations, and deadlines.
• Conceptualise and at times design marketing collaterals.
• Work closely with in-house designers or external agencies and monitor development of collaterals.
• Write and proofread all marketing materials including but not limited to EDM, flyer/ brochure, press release and for website.
• Plan social media content.
• Manage social media accounts and where necessary, even outside working hours.
• Liaise and build relationships with internal ( and external stakeholders.
• Source and secure sponsorships.
• Conduct competition research and market analysis.
• Provide administrative support.
• Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Competency requirements

• 1 – 2 years of experience in the Marketing or its equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Possess good copywriting and content creation skills.
• Highly organised and able to handle multiple challenging deadlines.
• Has a keen attention to details.
• Has strong work ethics and the desire to learn and develop skills to improve your work performance.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday : 8 30am – 5 45pm
• Saturday: 8 30am – 2 30pm (1 Saturday Shift Every 4 Weeks)
• > Off In Lieu from Marketing Events can be use to offset Saturday Shift
