Responsibilities

• Ensure good inventory control for cold rooms inventories using FIFO
• Organize unloading of container for customer handover
• Perform goods quality checks, picking and palletizing in cold chain warehouse.
  able to drive 10 ft or 14 ft boxed chiller trucks
• Supervisor warehouseteams in terms of job vs timesheet accountability, authorise OT hours.
• Daily counting of inventory in chiller and freezer rooms.
• Manage the team of warehouse assistants to organise and delegate work tasks and submit daily work tasks report.
• Control OT times of warehouse assistants
• Daily update of Warehouse inventory data into google drive
• Implement suitable warehouse inventory system.
• Need to be able to drive 14 footer chiller truck Point A to Point B within warehouse for goods movements as well as short range delivery/pickup within warehouse vicinity.

Requirements

• Must Possess Class 3 or 4 manual driving license for at least a year.
• Physically fit, requires to carry load up to 10kg
• At least 2 years’ of relevant working experience preferred.
• Able to use Microsoft Office application.
• Able to work independently and strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Type A personality traits, able to hands on and lead by example
• Must Possess Class 3 manual driving license for at least a year.
