Job Description

• SENIOR DESIGNER/ Designer (Graphic / Digital)
  Oculus is a strategic design communications agency based in Singapore. Our work ranges from publications to brand design/ identity, social media and digital campaigns, and other design projects.
• We are seeking a new addition to our team — a senior designer. You have a background in print, while you also have developed a portfolio in digital media. You consider yourself a versatile designer. It will be a big plus if you are adept in motion graphics. You possess good fundamentals in design principles and strong aesthetic skills. You are an ideas’ person, and you enjoy applying them to social media.

Your role and responsibilities

• Contribute to pitching for new accounts
• Liaise with suppliers and clients
• Visualise, plan, and execute graphics from initial concept to finished artwork, meeting client’s specifications and goals
• Work on projects that require art direction, design of content for both printed and digital media, story boarding and animation

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Adobe CC especially Indesign and After Effects
• An added plus if you are able to produce TikTok videos
• Have a basic understanding of production knowledge and finished artwork
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• A good sense of popular culture, new design trends, and techniques
• Prior to work experience in Singapore is a must
• Good communication skills in English

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of HTML5
• Experience with UI /UX design, Figma
