Job Description

As a video editing intern, you will be part of a driven and dynamic tech start-up team bringing the River Valley Irregulars (RVI) vision to life – to give every youth the power to determine their own future.

You will be joining us at an exciting time as we prepare for the official launch of our RVI platform, a great opportunity for you to level up your skills and leave a legacy!

Responsibilities:

• The potential candidate will manage the full spectrum of video production such as ideation, storytelling, pre-production, filming, editing and publishing.
• Manage the pre-production, production and post-production of video and creative projects.
• Manage the filming of video from operating of cameras to lighting and sound output on the production set.
• Plan and propose storyboard based on client’s inputs.
• Able to put together an excellent social media marketing campaign, familiar with most forms of social media and can continue to produce high quality content

Requirement:

• Experience marketing events and digital products across multiple platforms through creating video content and other collaterals
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with an eagerness to connect with people
• A strong connection to youth culture with a pulse on what’s important to youth, including a heart for uplifting those who have chosen a different path
• The motivation to learn and respond well to feedback
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
• Experience filming and editing videos in an indoor and outdoor setting.
• Familiar with Tik Tok and YouTube channel.
