Job Description:

As a Freelance Design Thinking Trainer, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students through dynamic and interactive Design Thinking workshops. You will guide students through the various stages of the Design Thinking process, helping them develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging Design Thinking workshops for students aged 7-16 years old.
  • Lead interactive activities and discussions to teach Design Thinking concepts and techniques.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students as they work on design challenges.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to express their ideas and collaborate with their peers.
  • Collaborate with the The Common Bench team to develop and improve Design Thinking curriculum and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Design Thinking methodology and principles.
  • Experience working with students in an educational or enrichment setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students of different ages and abilities.
  • Passion for inspiring creativity and fostering innovation in young learners.
