Requirements:

• With a strong finance background and able to close full set of accounts
• Responsible, Initiative, Team Player, Quick-Witted
• IT savvy, very familiar with Windows Excel, Word.doc
• Only Locals need apply
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
• Familiarity of Xero is a requirement
• Able to read and communicate fluently in English & Chinese
• Diploma holder in Accounting
• Only Singaporean may apply

Job Scope :

• Vetting and settling project budgets, staff claims, corporate transport transactions, corporate credit cards
• Reconcile company’s group financials, preparing for GST submissions
• Filing and Archiving (hard and softcopy), back-up data and files
• Liaising with external Accountant, prepare reports
• Accounting Data entries – invoices, AR and AP
• Prepare overseas and local online payments, banking-related errands
• Help to schedule boss’ weekly signing sessions
• Payroll for 1 company, vendor registrations
• Comfortable with foreign currency accounts
• Involved in office events and preparations
