Location: Orchard Road – Central Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation including washing, cutting and preparation of ingredients according to recipes.
• Prepare sauces and condiments needed for the cooking.
• Assist with checking and storing of ingredients and sauces according to food hygiene standards.
• Carry out cleaning duties to ensure that all kitchen utensils and work areas are cleaned.
• Ensure compliance to portion control and food presentation according to SOP.
• Adhere to hygiene, food quality, workplace safety policies and standards.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Cook or Cook.

Salary Range: Up to $2400
