Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to Sales Manager, including pricing, product sourcing, and preparing quotations for Customers.
• Source and negotiate with International Suppliers to obtain the best pricing and track stock availability.
• Act on sales leads and inquiries from Customers, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Track project schedules and generate profit & loss reports for Management.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Department to process orders and manage goods delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address product-related enquiries and system-related issues.
• Opportunity to transition to an outdoor sales role (Account Manager) after 6 months if required.

• Proactive, with a keen initiative to follow up closely and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, customer service-oriented, and dedicated to understanding Customers’ requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet usage, with a good command of the English language.
• Minimum qualification of O Level, A Level, or Diploma certificate.
