Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in HR administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, filing, and data entry.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee files.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations and provide support as needed.
  • Relationship management of staff
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Requirement, Locations & Working Hours:

  • Full-time working hours are well within 44 hours per week, ensuring that you have a good work-life balance.
  • Weekdays: 2 pm – 9 pm (0.5 hour break)
  • Weekends: 8.30 am – 6.30 pm (1.5 hour break)
  • Working days are 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
  • Location: Hougang / Ang Mo Kio / Bukit Batok
  • Minimum Qualification: Tertiary Education
  • Salary Range: $2200 onwards depending on your background and qualification
