Standby / Mailroom Clerk (TRANSNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS PTE LTD) – Singapore
Job Description
- Receiving, sorting and packing of mails
- Distribute mails to specific individuals / departments
- Prepare and ensure all acknowledgement slips are signed & filed
- Ensure delivery of outgoing mails to courier or post office
- Filing and archiving of documents / records
- Data Entry to process postage reports
- Franking of outgoing mails
- Arrange for courier service to deliver documents / packages
- Maintain adequate mailroom supplies
- Process Outgoing registered mails for local & overseas
Requirements
- IT Savvy
- Minimum N Level
Additional information
- Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm
