Main Job Responsibilities

•Support Operations Director in view of coordinating, monitoring and tracking manpower movement, resources, planning, budgets and expenses.

• Provide administrative and secretariat support

• Work closely with the respective site teams for the regular submission of reports, dashboards and work plans.

• Assist in working committee for events.

• Organise and maintain proper efficient filling system.

• Involve/ lead in grant funded projects, involving innovation through mechanisation and automation.

• Staff Leave/MC/Claim/Attendance

• Weighing Tickets/Service Vouchers management

• Raising & follow up on PR/PO & Tax Invoices

• Ordering of Consumables for Operations and Stock Take

• Source for Quotes or Parts required by department and liaison with Vendors

• New hire liaising local/foreigner process with HR

• Follow up on contract’s start & expiry and maintaining Service Request Forms from BD

• Updating and Maintaining company policies and procedures/training/WSQ Courses

• Submission of monthly waste report to clients monthly

• Submission of all NEA IPs/Approved IPs to Finance

• Follow up vehicles inspection/Road Tax/PM

• Submission of GWC licence annually

• Follow up on OTCs/Compactors/Trucks annual NEA Inspection

Working hours: 5days, 800am-530pm
