Job Description

We are building a team and looking for a Fashion Retail Management Assistant. You will play a vital role in supporting the overall management and operations of our fashion business at our new flagship location. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a fashion enthusiast with a passion for management, marketing and operations. Essentially we want an all-rounder who will learn all aspects of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in retail, daily operations (online and offline), managing inventory levels and minimising stock risks.
  • Analyse sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimising product performance and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Support the management team in implementing business strategies and achieving organisational goals.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of product launches and collaborations, ensuring seamless integration between management and marketing efforts.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and brand image.
  • Create and implement compelling marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with our small team to develop product concepts and assortments that align with marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in fashion management, marketing, or related field.
  • Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • 1-2 years of experience in fashion management, marketing, or a related role within the fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for fashion and ability to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Customer-focused and able to build rapport with regulars.
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
