Job Description

As a Team assistant, you will play a vital support role in the overall management and operations of our fashion business. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a fashion enthusiast with a passion for learning the ropes of management, marketing, retail and operations. Essentially we want an all-rounder who will learn all aspects of running our business. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with daily operations ie. opening, closing, daily stock take, customer service, cashiering, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory, ensuring timely shipments.
• Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat.
• Conduct inventory audits and optimize stock levels.
• Suggest improvements for streamlined operations and efficiency.
• Work hand-in-hand with management and team members, helping maintain service standards and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Passionate about e-commerce and fashion.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
• Minimum 4-6 month internship with full-time opportunity.
• Must be able to commit 40 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• You have at least 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience (Bonus points for fashion or F&B)
