At Collabtive, we’re an advertising agency with a specialty in content production and social media. We’re seeking a Social Media Junior Executive or Social Media Executive who lives and breathes social media, while effectively managing client liaisons and cross-functional teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
• A stickler for timelines yet nimble, to adapt to changing project requirements
• Comfortable communicating with clients, distilling feedback into actionable next steps
• A proactive team player who works well in collaborative environments, yet able to take on tasks independently
• Excited about good social media content, ads or activations spotted in the wild

You may already have:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and communications, new media or advertising, or other related fields
• ~1 year of experience working in digital or social media marketing or in an agency environment (but fresh grads are also welcome to apply)
• Some hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, and social media advertising including Meta, Google, YouTube and/or TikTok
• Prior experience in content management, content creation or client servicing roles

Here’s what your day-to-day may look like:

• Manage brands’ social media presences, from content planning and copywriting, to community management and performance reporting
• See through a project from end to end, from initial timelines to final execution and content delivery
• Manage and attend production shoots with creative teams, as a client liaison and sometimes producer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Servicing, Strategists and Creatives
• Communicate with clients to share project and progress updates, receive briefs and feedback, or present creative ideas and concepts
