We are looking for an Account Executive / Account Manager (Client Service) who can run a project independently and is excellent at building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• The day-to-day management of clients’ branding and marketing campaigns
• Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
• Regular communication and liaison with clients and creative team at a senior level
• The organisation of client feedback
• Generating accurate reports and status notifications
• Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients, present creative work to clients for approval or modification
• Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
• Undertake administration tasks

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years’ experience in advertising, design, digital or communication related industry
• Ability to build strong relationship with clients
• Able to work fast, yet be very detailed and meticulous
• Ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
  A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Effective team management capabilities
• A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
• Awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
• The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
