Position Overview:

We are searching for a talented and dynamic Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a flair for creativity and aesthetics, capable of conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs across various mediums. In addition to possessing exceptional design skills, the Creative Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic design solutions that resonate with target audiences and achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative design solutions across digital, print, and video platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop creative strategies that align with business goals.
  • Translate strategic insights into visually captivating designs that effectively communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and creative strategy.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc., to bring concepts to life with precision and creativity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all design deliverables to maintain brand consistency and uphold the highest standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a design-related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for design excellence and a commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge and ability to work with 3D design software is a bonus.
