Job Descriptions:

• We are looking for a dynamic, competent and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to design, develop and implement sales strategies to contribute to the achievement of our company’s sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted sales and marketing activities of new products and systems.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationship with existing and potential customer accounts through customer visits.
• Promote new products and systems to existing and potential customers.
• Attend to all incoming enquiries (by phone, fax, email or walk-in) and provide customers with quotations. Input orders into our ERP system / online portal, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• To ensure prompt payment collections
• Handling customer complaints and feedback.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated individual with initiative to achieve assigned tasks
• Results-oriented and highly capable of meeting personal sales target
• Positive working attitude and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants must be willing to work at Pioneer area At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales & marketing preferred, however entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree from any field, Engineering preferred
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage

Other Information

• 5 days and alternate Saturday work week
• Mon to Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8.00am to 1.00pm
