Location: Tuas – West Region

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist Transport Coordinator in his daily duties
• To assist FCL & LCL Department
• Attend to customers’ inquiries, responding to them in a timely and acurate manner
• Ensure proper coordination of all shipments.
• Monitor & Process shipments through Trip TMS & PSA Portnet
• Follow up closely with customers on any problems.
• Ensure all Import/Export shipments are monitored closely without incurring any extra costs
  KD/PSA store rent
• Vessel Arrival & Departure
• To handle Logistics documentation – import & export.
• Printing emails and replying to them
• Check accuracy and completeness of documents
• Prepare export jobs based on instructions
• To maintain an efficient filing system of all documents
• To communicate efficiently with customers and transport team to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments.
• To monitor drivers to meet customer’s requirements
• To ensure customers’ requirements are met, customers are up to date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
• To prepare PODs and send them to customers upon completion of job
• To assist in billing customers for jobs completed

Job Requirements

• Able to work in a fast-paced business
• Excellent verbal written communication skills
• Good time-management skills
• Experience in Logistics line is an added advantage
• Singaporeans or PR

Working Hours

• 5.5 day work week
• Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm
