Your Role as a Part-Time Admin

• As a vital member of our team, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, handling a variety of administrative tasks with finesse and flair:
• Master of Data Entry: Bring new tuition assignments to life across our various channels, ensuring every student finds their perfect match!
• Liaison Extraordinaire: Forge strong connections with our esteemed tutors, gathering essential details to complete their profiles and set them up for success!
• Parental Partner: Reach out to parents with warmth and professionalism, verifying details, and spreading the word about our incredible tuition center classes!
• Communication Champion: Keep the lines of communication open and flowing smoothly, sending out confirmation emails and invoices with a smile!
• Feedback Facilitator: Be the bridge between our clients and our team, following up on queries and feedback with enthusiasm and efficiency!
• Whatever It Takes: Tackle any ad hoc tasks that come your way with determination and a can-do attitude!

What We’re Looking For

If you’re a pre-university student, undergrad, or above with a passion for education and a knack for organization, we want to hear from you! Preferably, you can juggle your schedule to join us we’re open to discussing flexible arrangements. Job Details

• 10 Woodlands Square, Singapore 737714 (2 mins walk from Woodlands MRT)
• Salary: $11 – $12 per hour
• Commitment Period: 6 months or longer
