What We’re Looking For:

• Current local university or polytechnic students eager to kickstart their career journey.
• Commit to a full-time internship of 3-6 months or above – whether it’s for school requirements or personal improvement, we’ve got you covered.
• Able to start work immediately
• Excellent command of both written and verbal English – communication is key!
• Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic – we’re looking for dedicated individuals ready to make an impact.
• Willingness to learn and take up a variety of job roles – versatility is highly valued at Premium Tutors as we have different verticals of business
• 5-day work week can be arranged to accommodate your school semester – we’re flexible and understanding.

Job Responsibilities:

• Basic data entry and posting of new tuition assignments on various channels.
• Liaising with tutors to obtain more information to complete their tutor profiles.
• Contacting parents to verify details regarding their tutor requests as well as to inform them about our tuition centre classes.
• Sending out confirmation emails and invoices.
• Following up with existing clients regarding any queries or feedback.
• Any other ad hoc administrative tasks that require immediate attention.

Working Hours, Location & Remuneration:

• ️ 5 Days Work Week, 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend (Flexible Working Hours)
• 10 Woodlands Square, Singapore 737714 (2 mins walk from Woodlands MRT)
• Salary: $800 – $1200 (Open to discussions regarding allowance for longer periods of internship)
• ️Interns will also be given several days of paid leave (depending on Internship duration)
