Roles & Responsibilities

• Research weekly social media news and updates
• Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis
• Write content calendars and work on simple visual assets
• ⁠Support on monthly reports, analyzing performance and providing insights and recommendations
• Participate in brainstorms for creative ideas, campaigns, and competitions
• Conduct community management and schedule posts
• Participate in ad building and optimization sessions with the team
• Has an interest in event marketing, digital marketing, and design
• Demonstrates familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms
• Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the sales & marketing department

Requirements:

• Min. Nitec/ Diploma in marketing, business, communications or a related field
• Good written and verbal communication skill (English and Mandarin to communicate with mandarin speaking clients)
• Strong attention to details and meticulous
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
